Betty J. Roberts

Betty J. Roberts, age 78, of Hartville, went home on Sunday June 23, 2024. She was born on September 29, 1945 in Adrian, Michigan to the late Luther and Julia Roberts. She enjoyed the time she spent with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Betty is survived by her daughters Elva (Michael) Brown, Rose (Paul) Leidtke,Valerie Young; son-in-law Eldon Moff; grandchildren Crystal (Joe) Adams, Dustin (Chairese) Brown, Nicole (Cory) Hornish, Joshua Conner, Jacob and Benjamin Moff; great-grandchildren Bradley, Hudson and Parker Adams, Hallie and Jayton Hornish, and one on the way; 4 sisters Mamie Brandon, Polly Roberts, Judy Knox and Nancy (Jerry) King; and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents; 4 brothers Alfred, Don, Gene and Homer Roberts; and a sister Shirley Weekley.

Visitation will be held Friday June 28th from 4-6 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home with funeral services beginning at 6 PM. A graveside committal service will take place on Saturday June 29th at 11 AM in the Cumberland Cemetery in Cumberland Ohio.
