Betty Seawright, 69, passed away on March 23, 2007 in Monroe, Michigan. She was born July 31, 1937 in Middleburg, Kentucky. She was a hairdresser for fifty years. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Hobart and Louise (Morgan) Arthur; and son, Christopher "Andy" Burden. She is survived by her children, Vickie (John) Rago of FL, Debora (David) Dinger of OH, Jeanie Friar of CO, Clifford (Debbie) Friar of FL, Mike Burden of FL, Bethann (Joe) Rethemeyer of VA, and Melody Rose of CO; brothers and sisters, Jim Fred Arthur of TX, Sandra (Charles) Gibson of MI, Flora (Donald) Fitzpatrick of NH, Donald (Sherry) Arthur of OH, and Charolette Green of FL; twelve grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and five stepgrandchildren. Family and friends may call TODAY from 1-3 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd. Private burial at Mt. Peace Cemetery in Hartville.
