Beverly Rae Herald

Beverly Rae Herald was born on March 11th, 1947 to the late Mary {Henniger} and Leslie Toot Sr. in Akron, Ohio.

A lifelong resident of Akron, Beverly was the baby of the family and had three siblings, Patricia {Toot} Knight, Sandra "Sandy" {Toot} Houk, and Leslie "Larry" Toot Jr. Beverly had such an infectious smile and laugh that would light up the room. Her witty sense of humor really gave people she loved an exceptional time and incomparable memories. Beverly enjoyed music, dancing, (especially the shows at Jean Sheppard's Dance Studio) going out and spending quality time with family, and she loves her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren dearly.

Late in life, Beverly had been battling lung and heart disease. On Monday May 30th, 2022, Beverly passed away peacefully and gained her wings.

In addition to her parents, Beverly was preceded in death by her sisters Patricia {Toot} Knight, and Sandra {Toot} Houk. Her niece Tammy {Houk} Bird, and her nephew Harold "Buddy" Knight Jr. Beverly will forever be missed by her children Sheila {Best} Marshall, David Best, Brian, Michael, and Nicole "Nikki" Herald, her 11 grandchildren, and her 19 great grandchildren.
