Billie L. Foltz (Cox), 55, went to be with the Lord on September 28, 2006. Born in Akron on March 7, 1951. Billie was a member of Harvestime Temple in Hartville. Preceded in death by her father Alva Cox; and sister Peggy Lynn Kinsel. Survivors include her mother Reva Cox; son Bill Foltz; daughter Melissa (Shawn) Unger; sister Vanessa (Homer) Cresong; brother Gary (Sally) Cox; and many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Aunt Elsie for her loving care and support during Billie's illness. Calling hours will be Sunday, 2-5 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd. Funeral service Monday, 11 a.m. at Harvestime Temple, 136 E. Maple St., Hartville, Rev. Raymond Smith officiating. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park.
