Billy H. West
Billy H. West, 77, passed away May 2, 2006. Born in Nitro, W V. to the late Hugh & Virite (Milbee) West, he was a graduate of Nitro High School class of 1947, where he had been active with their sports programs. Billy was a member of Lighthouse Pentecostal Church of God in Barberton and had been employed by Mar-Kay Co. Billy was a truck driver for over 32 years. He was also a member of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, local #392 & 293. Preceded in death by his beloved wife, Margaret West on November 3,1999, he is survived by his children, Billy II, Jay, Tina, and step-son, Danny McGhee; grandchildren, Danny (Molly), Samantha, Billy III, Amanda & Candee; great grandchildren, Angel, Savannah, Justin, Steven and Noah. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, May 6, 2006 at 10:00 A.M. in the NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME with Rev. Roby Hylton, Sr. & Rev. Roby Hylton, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow at White Haven Cemetery, Mayfield, Ohio. Family will receive guests Friday between the hours 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home. He knew that you were suffering,
He knew you were in pain,
He knew that you would never
get well on earth again.
He saw the road getting rough
and the hills were hard to climb.
So he closed your weary eyelids

It broke our hearts to lose you,
but you didn't go alone.
For part of us went with you
the day God took you home.
Though the smile is gone forever
and your hands we cannot touch,
We will always have sweet memories
of the one we loved so much.
