Billy Hollingsworth, 79, passed away on February 15, 2007 after a long battle with cancer. Billy was a veteran of the Korean War having served with the US Army. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed cars. Survivors include his wife Joan of 53 years; sons Bill and Buddy (Nita); daughters Patty (Ron) Knapik, Paula (Craig) Candle, and Susan (Mike) Cowden; brother Jake Hillis; grandchildren Jodi, Brian, Scott, Erica, Kyle, Holly, Michelle, Jessica, Tricia, Anthony, Nick, Tim, and Lisa; and great-grandchildren Jaden, Jared, and Lilly. Calling hours will be Sunday, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N.
