Birdeanna F. Tanner

Birdeanna F. Tanner, 53, of Akron, passed away December 9, 2004 at Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital. She was born February 12, 1951 in West Virginia to Violet O. (Dennison) and the late Francis R. Childers. Birdeanna was a fun-loving mother, grandmother and friend and will be missed by all those who knew her. In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her brother, Michael F. Childers. She is survived by by her mother, Violet O. Childers of Copen, West Virginia; sons, Raymond (Brenda) Tanner of Green, Randy (Karen) Tanner of Akron; daughter, Tina (Ralph) Beach of Akron; grandchildren, Asia, Frankie, Ralina, Chris, Tiffany and Nicholas; brother, Steven Childers of Copen, West Virginia; special long-time friend, Wayne Beasley; and a host of numerous friends. Funeral services will be 7:00 p.m. at NEWCOMER-FARLEY FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd. with Rev. Ronald C. Mohlmaster officiating. Calling hours will be from 4:00 p.m. Tuesday until the service begins. Interment will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at East Liberty Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
