Bobbie Jo Clites (Parks)


Bobbie Jo Clites, 78, of Delaware, OH, formerly of Akron, passed away August 24, 2009. She was born September 19, 1930 in Ellijay, GA. She attended Tallmadge High School. Throughout her career, Bobbie managed several restaurants and worked as a receptionist and sales staff member. She was a member of Mogadore Baptist Church while living in Akron and moved to Delaware, OH approximately ten years ago. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward R. Clites and brother, Bill Parks. She is survived by son, Edward W. (Pat) Clites of Louisville, OH; daughter, Sharon M. (Walt) Abood of Delaware, OH; sister, Betty (Bill) Seymour of Mogaodre, OH; brother, John (Pat) Parks of Southside, AL; grandchildren, Edward James (Dana) Clites, Matthew (Randi) Clites, Joseph Abood, William Abood, and Janene M. (Eric) Abood Sutliff; great-grandchildren, Emilee, Matthew, and Colton Clites and Alexander, Kallen, and Marley Marie Abood; stepgrandchildren, Stephen and Stephanie Sizemore; and step-greatgrandchildren, Jadian, Justin, Jaycee, and Joseph Sizemore. Calling hours will be Friday from 10-12 followed by a 12 p.m. funeral service with Pastor Robert Seymour officiating at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd.
