Bobby Joe Woodard, age 87 of Akron passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 15, 2021 at Akron City Hospital. He was born in Shelbyville, TN on July 18, 1934, the son of the late Jack (Mary) Woodard and Annie Mae {Miles} Woodard. In addition to his parents, Bobby Joe was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jo Woodard and his brother, Robert Woodard.
Bobby Joe is survived by his nephew Robert Woodard and his niece Rebecca Woodard, and their families.
