Bonnie J. Scott, 82, passed away peacefully December 15, 2023 with her daughter by her side. Born in Akron, Ohio to Robert and Betty Smith, she was a lifelong area resident. Bonnie enjoyed reading, working puzzles, playing bingo, music and dancing, also helping others and spending time with her family and friends.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Smith; son Robert Van Horn. Bonnie will be sadly missed by her daughter, Vicky Spice; grandchildren, Christina, Tiffany, Tracy, Chad, Ashley; 11 great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
Per her wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will have a celebration of Bonnie's life at a later date.
