Bradley Eric Nicodemus, 62, of Old Brooklyn, OH, passed away unexpectedly on March 27, 2025 during a short hospital stay.  He was born in Akron, OH on September 15, 1962, son of the late Donald and Irene Nicodemus.

He is survived by his daughters Johanna Lee Getic (Casey) and Mary Pat Nicodemus. He is also survived by his brothers Gerald Gregory Nicodemus (Beverly), Jeffrey Thomas Nicodemus (Elsie) and George Allen Nicodemus, Uncle Rick (Eva) and Eric (Helen) and Aunt Pam Nicodemus, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Brad graduated from Tallmadge High School in June of 1980. He also completed the machinist program at Cuyahoga Falls High School at the same time, Attended Akron U for a short time, and started his career at SGS Machine shop. As time went on Brad became a part time policeman for Cuyahoga Falls and Peninsula. Then he was hired on at Ford Motor Company where he worked at a few different plants for 30 plus years. Most recently he was working in Brook Park next to where the Browns are planning to build. While working there he completed their pipefitting program. Brad enjoyed playing baseball as a youth, golfing in high school and as an adult, and was an avid softball player for several years. As his daughters matured they became accomplished softball players. He traveled to their games around the state and even to Europe. Brad is proud of his daughters accomplishments which includes college degrees for both. Brad was a diehard fan of The Ohio State Buckeye football team, The Cleveland Browns, and The Cleveland Indians. Our dad managed to take Brad and his brothers to several games at the “Shoe”.
