Brandon Xavier Wood, 32, of Akron, passed away on February 17, 2021. Brandon was born in Akron on June 9, 1988 and graduated from Ellet High School. Brandon loved the outdoors and had many fond memories of four wheeling and camping with friends and visiting the beaches of Florida with his grandparents. Most of all, Brandon loved being a father to his precious children.
Brandon was preceded in death by his grandmother, Sharon Flanagan; grandfather, Timothy Wood; great-grandparents, Carl and Dolores Adkins; and stepfather, Jeff Harper.
He will be dearly missed by his mother, Shelly Wood; children, Melina Wood and Myles Wood; stepchildren, Lily Whited and Bryson Messenger; grandfather, Arden Flanagan; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
A celebration of Brandon's life will be held at a later date.
