Brenda Sue Julian-Eckberg

Brenda Sue Julian-Eckberg went to live with Jesus in Heaven on November 15, 2017. She was welcomed by her dad Jack Julian, Sr., her brother and best friend Dr. Jack Julian, Jr., and her sister-in-laws Debbie and MaryBeth Eckberg. She was 53 years old and lived in Akron, Ohio.

Brenda will be missed dearly by her former husband and current friend Troy Eckberg and their much-loved sons Louis Eckberg and Matthew Eckberg. Matt and his wife Kimberly (her adored daughter-in-law) gave Brenda her precious grandchildren Ricky and LainaLee.

Brenda also leaves behind her mother, Virginia Julian and her three sisters, Cindy Nelson, Kim Arnold, and Leanna Prosser. She will be remembered as a fun loving aunt by Steven, Christina, Taylor, Maddie, Victoria, Alina, Colleen, Kelsey, Jake, R.J., and Adam. Her in-laws were her family and she was loved by Charles and LaDonn Eckberg and her many sibling-in-laws John, Brian, Lars, and Andrea.

She will be missed by dozens of lifelong friends made from attending The Chapel in University Park, working summers at Camp Carl, and attending Perkins Junior High and Buchtel High School. She will be remembered by many colleagues from over 25 years at Pneumatic Scale Corp.

Services will be held on Saturday, November 18 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. Family and friends are welcome to join in visitation at 10:00 - 11:00 am with Services from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm. She will be laid to rest beside her dad and brother at Northlawn Memorial Gardens.
