Brenda L Myers

Brenda L. Myers, 56, of Lakemore, passed away on January 31, 2022. She was born on February 4, 1965 the daughter of Ernest and Renate Hurst.
Brenda had a kind heart and a warm smile. She had many achievements but her greatest was her love for her family especially her grandchildren. Brenda was the most devoted mother and grandmother and simply beamed with joy at any chance she got to speak of them or spend time with them. Brenda enjoyed crafting, sewing and the beach.
Brenda had the most genuine soul and heart made of pure gold, always putting others before herself. There's not a thing she wouldn't do for anyone who needed it.
She was preceded in death by her father Ernest Hurst; and step-father Delton Richardson.
Brenda is survived by her mother Renate Richardson; her husband of 26 years, Scott E. Myers; children Scott E.W. Myers, Justin Hurst, Kevin (Gloria) Myers; grandchildren Alexis, Zachary and Wyatt; life long friends Debbie (Jim) Confer; siblings Linda (Tim), Renate (Ron) and Ernie (Charmin); and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held Thursday from 11:00AM to 12:00PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (131 N. Canton Rd., Akron) where services will be held at 12:00PM with Pastor Gary Smith officiating.
Interment will be held at Hillside Memorial Park.
