Brian James Kelley

Brian James Kelley, 49, of Akron, passed away unexpectedly on December 20, 2022. Brian was born in Akron on April 30, 1973 to the late Jerry Kelley and Sharon (Grendell) Kelley. Brian graduated from Ellet High School in 1991. One of his greatest loves was Taekwondo. He practiced for many years and achieved a black belt. Brian made friends wherever he went. He was well loved in his neighborhood and will be dearly missed by all his beloved family. He was a wonderful father, brother, and friend and will never be forgotten.
Left to mourn him are his children, Ivana Kelley and Ronin Kelley; brothers, Stephen Kelley and David Kelley; longtime girlfriend, Denise Good and her children; niece, Tori Cattey; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In addition to his parents, Brian was preceded in death by nephew, Trevor Hammon.
Brian's life will be celebrated on Saturday, January 21, 2023 from 12 p.m. - 3 p.m. at the Goodyear Event Center, 355 The Brooklands, Akron, Ohio 44305.
