Brian Douglas Pannier, 76, passed away November 9, 2020. Brian was born in Springfield, MA on April 23, 1944. He lived most of his life in the Northeast Ohio area. Brian was a veteran of the US Army. He retired from Republic Steel Tech. International in Canton. After his retirement, Brian worked several years at the Jo-Ann Distribution Center.
Brian had a huge passion for all animals and spending time outdoors. He enjoyed watching birds at the feeders and birdbath. Brian had several favorite classic television shows - especially westerns, liked 1960's music, was a great bowler, and loved to travel. Brian's favorite travel adventures included the National Parks of Utah, Grand Canyon and Hawaii.
Brian is preceded in death by his brothers, Paul and Glenn; sister, Jean Linnehan; and former wife, Gloria. He is survived by his loving spouse, Rebecca; daughters, Laureen Pannier and Christine Davis; grandchildren, Brian, Tessa, Marissa, Abigail and Brooke; brother, Bruce; sisters, Susan (Norman), Debbie (Bruce) and Karen; sister-in-law, Pat Pannier; and many nieces, nephews and friends. Brian is also survived by the Watkins family: Bill, Barbara, Bryan, Amanda, Donny, Christian, Joe and Jessica - all of whom provided loving concern and assistance during his illness.
Regarding Brian's wishes, cremation has taken place. Due to the current pandemic circumstances, a celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
