Byron L. Earlenbaugh, 76, of Akron, passed away February 11, 2007. Byron was a member of the Church of God on N. Arlington St. He was devoted to his family and will always be remembered as a gifted storyteller. Byron was preceded in death by his wife, Leewana. He will be deeply missed by his children, Ron (Sarah), Carol, Brenda (Barney), Debbie (Dennis), and Mark (Debbie); grandchildren, Karen, Matt (Tina), Kim (Brad), Teresa (John), Michelle, Dennis III, Sascha, Hannah, and Jordan; great-grandchildren, Kayla, Camron, and Savannah; and many friends and family. The family would like to give thanks to Sally Varner and special thanks to Charlet Riffle for their care. Family and friends may call on Thursday from 4-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be held Friday at 10 a.m. with Pastor Joyce Cramer officiating. Interment at East Akron Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to www.newcomerfamily.com
