Carl E. Snyder

Carl E. Snyder has entered the gates of Heaven. He was called by our Lord and Savior on December 15, 2023. Carl was born in Barberton, Ohio on November 9, 1947. He lived in Akron, Ohio before moving to California where he met his wife, Teri D. Snyder. Carl graduated from East High School in 1966. He owned his own transmission shop, C & S Transmission, in San Leandro, CA. Carl then moved back to Ohio with Teri and opened C & S Machine in 1992 in Akron. Carl loved to golf. He also enjoyed being outdoors, camping and fishing. Carl was a wonderful husband and dad. He will be greatly missed.

Survived by his wife, Teri D. Snyder; son, Carl Jr.; daughters, Tiffany (Matt) Hamen and Nicole (Tyler) Wade; step-son, Steven Medeiros; sisters, Donna (Kenny) Civitts and Shirley (Gary) Huffman; mother-in-law, Carol Medeiros; and niece and nephews, Kim Bolger (Del), Rob (Lori) and Jim (DeAnna) Porter; and all aunts, uncles and cousins.


Preceded in death by Willard and Mary Snyder; brother-in-law, Don Porter.
Carl may be gone but never forgotten.
