Carol Sue Buzek
April 11, 1949 — March 25, 2018
Carol Sue Buzek (Maple), 68, of Akron, went to be with the Lord on March 25, 2018. She was born and raised in Akron and graduated from North High School. Carol was an avid supporter of breast cancer awareness and the American Heart Association. She loved cooking for her family, gardening, shopping, and home decor to fit the changing seasons.
Left to cherish Carol's memory are her husband of 46 years, Ronald Buzek; children, Aaron (Kelly) Buzek, Courtney (Greg Parsons) Buzek; sister, Beverly (Leonard) Szymanski; brother, Robert (Pamela) Maple; grandchildren, Aubrey, Fiona, Wyatt, Henry, Kenley, and Juliana; and many other family and friends.
Friends and family are welcome to Newcomer 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, on Thursday to visit from 4:30pm to 6:30pm. A funeral service will take place at 6:30pm at Newcomer.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to any breast cancer foundation, or to the Buzek family.
