Caroline Nicole Garretson, "Cara", age 23 of Uniontown, Ohio, passed away on November 4, 2021.
She was born on December 19, 1997 in Akron, to Melvin "Mel" and Carole (nee Snyder) Garretson Jr.
Cara was a free spirit, who enjoyed animals, drawing, painting and music, but, the greatest joy was her daughter, Violet Rose.
In addition to her parents and daughter, those left behind to mourn her loss are her long time love, Quentin Bowling; her siblings, Amber (Casey) Ewing, Christopher Mills and Melanie (AJ) Hancock; her nephew and niece, Logan and Charlie Sue; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Others that survive her are her grandparents, Kathryn "Kitty" (Fred) Perkins, Carol Garretson, Clifford Snyder and Lois (nee Mills) Snyder.
Cara was preceded in death by her grandfather, Melvin "Mel" Garretson Sr.
Memorial calling hours will take place on Sunday, November 7, 2021 from 5:30 - 8:30 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 North Canton Road, Akron, Ohio 44305.
