Carolyn J. Fournier

Carolyn J. Fournier, 75, of Akron, passed away on December 22, 2020. She was born in Buckhannon, West Virginia on July 27, 1945 to the late Burrel and Margaret Smith. Carolyn retired from Summit County Children Services after 30 years of service. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, James Smith. She will be dearly missed by her sister-in-law, Nancy Hashman; nieces, Tammy (Matthew) Smith and Tina (Lyle) Campbell; several great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives and friends. Per Carolyn's wishes, cremation will take place and she will be laid to rest at Rose Hill Burial Park.
