Carolyn Sue Oakley

Carolyn Sue Oakley / McClellan, 80, we sadly said goodbye to you our beloved wife and mother on January 18, 2022. She was born on January 1, 1942 the daughter of the late Olin and Eunice Crislip. Sue was the finest, most wonderful person to be placed on this earth. Her strength, her wisdom, her humor and her love for all of us will always be an inspiration to those who really knew her and to be taken and endure 6 years of this horrendous disease of Azheimers is a true travesty of life.
She was preceded in death by her parents Olin and Eunice Crislip; sister Shirley Shaffer; brothers David Crislip and Denny Crislip; and beloved son Roger Oakley.
Sue will be truly missed by her loving husband, Howard; and son David Oakley.
As requested by Sue there will be no calling hours or services.
Rest in peace my darling Sue.
A Celebration of Life will be held March 5, 2022 at the Portage Lakes Eagles (5899 Manchester Rd. Akron, 44319) from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
