Cathie Jean Knight

Cathie J. (nee Abicht) Knight passed away on October 8, 2023 at the age of 69. She was born to Everett "Bud" and Delores "Dottie" Abicht on December 9, 1953 in Akron, Ohio. Cathie attended Garfield High School. She enjoyed coloring, playing bingo online, Facebook games and spending time with her family. She is loved and will be missed dearly.
She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Earnest Abicht and Herbert Taylor; sisters, Tamara (nee Taylor) Bell and Tina (nee Taylor) Norod.
Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Michael D. Knight and Tedd Adkins; partner, Tommy Pergola; one grandson, Ian Knight; and many other family members and friends.
Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Cathie's Life on Thursday, October 19, 2023 at The Janota Club (485 Morgan Ave, Akron, OH 44311) at 3:00 pm.
