Cathy Shreve Patterson, age 65 of Mogadore passed away on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at her home. She was born in Barberton on October 16, 1955, the daughter of Ronald and Greta {Barnstorff} Steeg.
Cathy was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Steeg.
She will be dearly missed by her son Nate (Stormy) Patterson and daughter Nicole D'Elia; grandchildren Alessa and Eliana D'Elia; mother Greta Steeg; sister Jeanette "Ginger" Powell; brothers Ronald (Andrea) Steeg, Jr. and Eric Steeg.
Her strength and courage were admired by all who had the privilege of knowing her. She persevered over extreme obstacles and lived life on her terms. Her children were the light of her world, and she was theirs.
Per Cathy's wishes, cremation has taken place, and there will be no formal services. Memorial donations in Cathy's name may be made to the Cleveland Clinic, who generously cared for Cathy. To leave a message for Cathy's family, please scroll below.
