Cathy A. Yeager

Cathy A. Yeager, 72, passed away October 17, 2021 after an extended illness. Born in Akron, Ohio to Lawrence and Ruth (Pritt) Hoffman, she was a lifelong area resident. Cathy enjoyed playing bingo as well as watching The Golden Girls, Law & Order and Blue Bloods. More than anything she loved spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Todd and brother, Paul Hoffman. She will be sadly missed by her husband of 53 years, Lee; daughter, Christina (Kevin) Collins; sister, Cindy (Don) Sage.
A graveside service will take place Friday, October 22, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. at Greenlawn Memorial Park Chapel, 2580 Romig Road, Akron. Those who wish may make memorial donations in Cathy's name to Akron Children's Hospital.
