Charles A. Carr passed away peacefully at home , surrounded by family on September 28, 2009, in Lakemore, OH. He was born March 12, 1919 to the late William and Lovena Carr. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend. He will be missed by all who knew him. Charles was preceded in death by his wife Rose and his daughter Brenda. He is survived by his son Charles (Patti); daughter Kimberly (Richard); brothers William (Clara), Wesley (JoAnn), and Richard (Dovie); sisters Hazel (Kenny) and Helen; granddaughters Loretta, Gwen, Tracy, Kellie, and Michelle; grandsons Charles, Matthew, and Nate; several great-grandchildren; and our special friend Helen Carr. Calling hours will be TODAY, 5-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where a funeral service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
