Charles Campbell was (75) born in Akron, Ohio. He departed December 31, 2024. Charles attended Springfield High School. He resided in Barberton, Ohio. Charles was a Vietnam Veteran. There was never a dull moment and always had room in his life for everyone. Charles loved his entire family, of which he had plenty of relatives. Charles enjoyed watching Sify movies and visiting the Casino and occasionally sipping on Port Wine.

Preceded in death where his parents Pete and Daisy Campbell, father in-law Algie Graves, mother-in law Katie (Reed) Webster (Cook) sister in-law Rosie Graves, Brenda Gook, Orba Cook-Jordan, Katie Ann McCoy, brother in-law Abner Cook. Daughter Tonya Graves, brothers James, Maceo, Paul and William Campbell, brother-in-law Herman Holmes. Sisters Jackie (Walter) Jones, Helen Brandon, Pauline Campbell, Jessie Campbell, Ida Mae Robinson. 

He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 41 years Emma Campbell; daughter Brenda Graves; brother Joesph (Michiko) Campbell and Alberta Holmes. Sister-in-law Rosetta Cook (John Freeman).   Brother-in-law Frank Givan Cook.  Grandchildren Alexa, Ashley, Amber Livingston, Savana Arauz, Ahlayya Howard, Kennedy Sommerville and Brooklyn Williams. Grandsons John and Chase Livingston. 3 great-grandchildren. A host of cousins’ nephews, nieces’ relatives and friends.

First, Emma would like to acknowledge Summa Akron City Hospital for the excellent care of Charles. Secondly, Emma would also like to thank Concordia At Sumner for their excellent care for the time Charles spent time at their facility. 

Thirdly, Emma appreciated all the phone calls, cards and condolences she received.

Lastly, Emma would like to give acknowledgement to Newcomer for their great assistance at this difficult time for the Campbell family.

 Inurnment with Military Honors, will be held 10:00am, Friday, January 17th, at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery (10175 Rawiga Rd., Seville 44273)
