Charles Clifton Clelland, born May 27, 1967, passed away peacefully in his sleep on February 22, 2023.
He is survived by his siblings: Pat (John) Georgia; Mike, Oak Harbor, Ohio; Nancy, Wadsworth, Ohio and Beth, South Carolina as well as several nieces and nephews. He will be laid to rest at Northlawn Memorial Gardens at a private graveside service.
