Charles E. James, 72, of Akron, went to be with the Lord on June 8, 2012. Charles was born on December 4, 1939 in Dink, West Virginia. He was a proud U.S. Air Force veteran and he retired from General Motors after over 30 years of service. He was also a minister and served the Lord.
Charles will be deeply missed by his wife of 50 years, Syble; daughter, Jean (Bill) Ashley; son, Charles E. (Gabriele) James II. Burial with full military honors will take place on Thursday June 14 at 10:00 a.m. at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
