Charles R. Eddy

Charles R. Eddy, 60, of Mogadore, passed away February 11, 2005. Charles served in the U.S. Navy for six years and retired from the Reserves in 1985. He was employed at Ohio Edison as a lineman/troubleshooter for 35 years. Those who knew him remember how he loved to spend time on his farm. He never met a stranger and was a friend to all. Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Mary. He will be deeply missed by his fiancee and best friend, Becky Justice; sons, Allen and Dan Eddy; daughters, Tammy and Tracey Justice; brothers, James (Nancy) and Robert (Sue); sister, Carol (Ralph); many other relatives and friends, including his Thursday night buddies. Family and friends may call on Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. with Rev. Howard Powell officiating.
