Charles G. "Nick" Neal, 83, went home with the Lord, together again with his wife, on September 16, 2013.
Charles was a member of Brady Lake Baptist Church. He served with the US Air Force and enjoyed gardening and reading. He had many special friends. Preceded in death by his wife, Frances; and son, Ed.
Survivors include his daughters, Debbie (Frank) Porreco, Sherry Greathouse; grandchildren, Melissa, Frank, Jr., Jenny, Jerry, Jr., Matthew, Abby, and Eddie; great-grandchildren, Aidan, Faith, Joy, Gavin, Madison, and McKenzie; brother, John (Dolores); and many other nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be Wednesday, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, with a funeral service to follow at 1 p.m. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park.
