Charles L. "Chuck" Martz

Charles L. "Chuck" Martz, 70, passed away unexpectedly on April 17, 2025. Born in Akron, Ohio to John and Mary (Dipierro) Martz, he was a lifelong area resident. Chuck was a master mechanic who enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, anything relating to motorcycles and spending time with his family and friends.

In addition to his parents, Chuck was preceded in death by his daughter, Mary Fisher. He will be sadly missed by his daughter, Sarah Martz; granddaughters, Crystal Fisher, Isabella Martz; siblings, Paul (Wendy) Mackey, Shirley Spataro, Rose (Mike) Kenepp, John (Karla) Martz, Rebecca (Jim) Newlon; several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to visit Thursday, April 24, 2025 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Newcomer, Akron Chapel, 131 N. Canton Rd. Those who wish may make memorial donations in Chuck's name to the charity of their choice.
