Charles E. Mayle

Charles E. Mayle "Chuck", 70, passed away December 4, 2020. He was born in Hamtramck, Michigan to Alfred and Melba (Kennedy) Mayle. He resided in the Ravenna/Kent area most of his adult life. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and he retired from Chrysler Corp.
Chuck was an amazing man who loved spending his time with family and friends. He also enjoyed boxing, being outdoors and working on his motorcycle and his cars.

He is preceded in death by his beloved parents Alfred and Melba, his brother Kenneth.
He will be deeply missed by his step daughter Stephanie Ogle and her family, his brothers Michael (Marilyn) Mayle, Alfred (Ada) Mayle and many other friends and family.

Per his wishes a cremation has taken place and there will be no formal service. Those who wish to honor his memory can make memorial donations in Chuck's name to (SSVF) Supportive Services for Veteran Families to help homeless veterans.

God saw the road was getting rough, the hill was hard to climb. He gently closed your eyes and whispered "peace be thine".
The weary hours, the days of pain, and sleepiness nights are past.
The ever patient worn out frame has found rest at last.
God took you to his mansion, what rejoicing there must be. When he took away your illness, he set your spirit free.

Rest in peace Chuck knowing you were deeply loved and appreciated by those around you.
