Charlotte Jean Conley, age 83 of Akron, passed away after a long illness on January 16, 2022 at Heather Knoll Nursing Home.
Charlotte was born on June 23, 1938 in Akron, Ohio to Howard and Helen (Nicely) Salmons. She worked for many years as a home health aide. She was a loving, caring mother to her two daughters, as well as many other "adopted" children. She loved her cats, especially Prince. She enjoyed spending time with her many friends and family. Charlotte always loved to have fun.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her former husband, James Wells, and many special friends.
Charlotte will be deeply missed by her daughters, Cherie (Fred) Jessee, Diane (Mark) Jordan, grandchildren, Andy, Hannah, Amanda, and Freddie, and great-granddaughter, Stella, and brother, Ray Salmons.
Cremation has taken place, a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
