Charlotte Lyn Miller-Evans "Charley/Aunt Chucko"
On August 6, 2011 the clouds parted, the trumpet sounded, and Charley left this life after a long illness for eternal life with our Lord Jesus. She was also reunited with her niece, Austin Cole; and her grandparents, aunts, and uncles. Charley was a wildflower to those who knew her. She was strong-willed, determined and loved her family and friends more than air. She will be deeply missed by her husband, David Evans; children, Nicholas (Deborah) McAtee, Joseph McAtee, and Asti Evans; parents, Roger and Connie Miller; siblings, Roger (Shelly) Miller, Karen Cole, Darlene Miller, and Pam (Brian) Ross; many nieces, nephews, and friends. Family and friends may call on Tuesday from 5-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 a.m., Pastor Patrick Barrett officiating. Following the service a gathering will be held at Community of Christ Church, 834 Grant St. in Akron.
