Charlotte "Sue" Ihasz

Charlotte "Sue" Ihasz, 69, of Cuyahoga Falls, passed away on May 13, 2021. Sue was born in Frostburg, Maryland on October 15, 1951 to the late Henry and Sarah Jane Jones. Sue worked hard her entire life, dedicating herself to a career in food service at various Cuyahoga Falls restaurants. She spent over twenty years at Big Boy's Restaurant and for the past eleven years she worked at LongHorn Steakhouse.
When she wasn't working, Sue liked to relax with a good book or take a shopping trip. Her favorite pastime was gathering with her beloved family. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister, and friend and will be truly missed by all who knew her.
In addition to her parents, Sue was preceded in death by her brother, James Jones; and sisters, Christina Scroggins, Irene (Eakle) McCormick, and Barbara "Ruth" Yost.
She is survived by her son, James Dosch; daughter, Frances Dosch; grandchildren, Jazmyn and Dylan Williams; twin brother, Charles Jones; sisters, Beatrice Yutzy, Geraldine Finzel, Jean Lavin, Frances Starcher, and Alice Umphrey.
Visitation will be held Monday, May 24, 2021 from 4-6 followed by a 6:00 p.m. memorial service at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to https://gofund.me/a6575809.
