Chilles Deshawn Floyd-Powell

Chilles DeShawn Powell, born April 13, 1989. A beloved son, father, brother and so much more.

He was my first born son, my baby boy. Although he was in this world for only a short time, he brought so much love and joy to so many people's lives.

He brought three beautiful sons into the world: Lamonta Powell (11 years old), Cardiar Powell (9 years old), and Mi'king Powell (7 months old). He will continue to live in each and every one of them. I am blessed to be able to see his face in those beautiful boys.

Even though he left this world early, I know I will see him again. His memory will live on in each and every one of us.

His sons: Lamonta, Cardiar and Mi'king Powell. His sisters: Onisha, Tieana and Jhonae Powell, and Shanique (Gemini) Floyd. His brothers: Terrence Powell, Leland Snell, Darrius D. McCullough, Jerrule, Marcques and Ezra Floyd. Aunty: Shawnte Hullum. His god-mother: Sabrina Eason-Jones. And many nieces, nephews and cousins. We love you.
