Clarence W. McClelland
Clarence W. McClelland, 81, passed away on December 11, 2005. Clarence was a veteran of WWII serving with the US Army. He was a member of VFW Post #3294 and Cement Masons Local #109. He also enjoyed fishing, woodworking, and feeding the birds and squirrels. He was preceded in death by his parents Barton and Rhoda; brothers George and Bart; sisters Rhoda and Lil; and first wife Ruth. Survivors include his loving wife Karen of 28 years; daughters Pauline (Doug) Frymier and Pam McClelland; sons Robert (Marsha), Michael, Richard, Mark (Joanne), and Tom; stepchildren Danette (Ken) Holland, Michael (Chris) Carr, Terry (Carey) Moore, Carol Carr, Patricia Reese, and Sharon Rye; sisters Barbara Smith, Ann (Ralph) Roddrick, and Dolly (Gene) McClellan; brother Kenny (Princess); numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and special buddy Sam the dog. Cremation has taken place and private services will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Visiting Nurse, 3358 Ridgewood Rd., Akron 44333.
