Cleo F. Murray, 75, of Akron, passed away August 12, 2013. She was born in Clarksburg, West Virginia on August 11, 1938 to the late Glen and Rev. Bernadine Thompson.
She was dedicated to her family and friends and she was kind to everyone she met. In her free time, she enjoyed knitting.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence; sister, Cora; and brothers, Arthur and Royce. She will be deeply missed by her sister-in-law, Bernice Thompson; nephews, David McCarty and Daniel McCarty; and many close friends including Bernie Dalton, Linda Rose, Don Brasaemle, and Rev. Jean Feeney.
A graveside service will be held on Friday August 16 at 10:00 a.m. at East Liberty Cemetery on Route 619.
