Connie S. Durkin

Connie S. Durkin, 38, of Jackson Twp., passed away December 11, 2001 at Mercy Medical Center. She was born April 4, 1963 Ripley, WV to Charles & Joyce (Slaughter) Rhodes. Connie was a member of Ernest Angley's Grace Cathedral. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Rhodes in 1990. Survivors include her husband of 16 years, Scott E. Durkin of Jackson Twp.; mother Joyce Rhodes of North Lawrence; daughters Amanda and Emily; sisters Bonnie Ogg of North Lawrence, Brenda Danner of Marshallville; special niece & nephew Megan and Eric Ogg. Friends may call Friday from 5 - 8 p.m. at NEWCOMER-FARLEY FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be held Saturday at 10:00 a.m. with Reverends Bob Hoffman and Chris Machamer officiating. Interment at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
