Cynthia Jean Brown, "Cindy", age 65 of Akron, Ohio, died on October 8, 2022.
She was born on February 24, 1957 in Kirtland, Ohio, the daughter of the late Kenneth Paul and Evelinde Leona (nee Ross) Funk.
Her greatest joy in the whole world was being a mother and grandmother. She took extremely good care of her family.
Survivors include her four loving children, Timothia Ricketson, Denise Mantz, Ronald Bowman II and Rhonda Bowman; her grandchildren, Cody, Katelyn (Joe), Rhianna, Justin, Elizabeth, James, Jacob, Ronald III, Aaliyah, Hailey, Karey, Kamryn and John; and two great-grandchildren, Carson and Rhylyn.
Cindy's siblings also survive, Leona Pavlina, Rick Funk and Randy Funk.
Memorial calling hours will take place at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 North Canton Road, Akron, Ohio, on Saturday, October 15, 2022 from 1:00 - 4:00 PM.
