Cynthia Crossland-Kovalck passed away peacefully in her sleep on November 27, 2021. Cindy was born in Akron, Ohio to Robert and Joanne Crossland. She was 63 yrs old.
Cindy graduated from STVM High School in 1976. After high school she continued to pursue her interest in dance. She taught dance to children at the Akron Jewish Center for many years where her talent and personality made her a star! Cindy was also one of the famed "Diamond Grill" servers making many lifetime friends. She had a vivacious personality, loved to cook, travel, and back in the day play blackjack in Vegas.
She leaves behind her husband Stan Kovalck, and brothers Daniel (Laura), Timothy (Myla), Terrence and Robert Crossland; and many nieces and nephews.
No funeral arrangements are planned at this time. The family suggests that memorial contributions may be made in her name to Alcoholics Anonymous, https://akronaa.org/shop/donations /donation/.
