Cynthia Y. Linger, "Cindi", age 72, of Kent, Ohio, died September 29, 2021.
She was born on January 23, 1949 in Ravenna, Ohio, the daughter of the late Charles and Thelma (nee Valarinos) Yannayon.
Cindi was a homemaker, her greatest joy was her spending time with her family and providing for them relentlessly.
Cindi is survived by her devoted sons, Harry Robert (Joan) Morris Jr and Jeffrey Michael ( Lisa) Morris; her grandchildren, Brittany, Zachary, Cody, Jacob, Brooke, and Madison Morris, and Mark Anthony, David Allen, Amanda, Devon, Zachary Taylor and Vinnie; and 26 great-grandchildren.
Other than her parents, Cindi was preceded in death by her husband, Vince Linger; her sister, Thelma "Reenie" Hall and an infant brother.
Funeral services will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 North Canton Road, Akron, on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at 3:00 PM, where Pastor Jeremy Candelaria will celebrate Cynthia's life.
Family and friends may visit on Tuesday at the funeral home from 1:00 - 3:00 PM.
Following all services, Cindi will be cremated.
