Cynthia J. Summerfield

Cynthia J. Summerfield, 62, passed away peacefully December 31, 2020 surrounded by her family. Born in Akron, Ohio to Wilborn and Patti (Trego) Thomas, she was a lifelong area resident and graduated from Mogadore High School. Cindy retired from Roadway Express with 33 years of service. She enjoyed watching the Browns, Indians, Buckeyes, as well as spending time with her grandkids and rest of her family, including trips to Louisiana.

Preceded in death by her parents, Wilborn and Patti Thomas, she will be sadly missed by her husband of 41 years, Bill; children, Nicole (Jason) Watkins; Tim (Brianna) Summerfield; grandchildren, Jason Watkins, Mercedes Watkins, Camden Summerfield, Corinne Summerfield; great grandson, Grayson Watkins; siblings, Karen (Kurt) Richards, John (Susan) Thomas; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

There will be no formal services. Those who wish may make memorial donations in Cindy's name to her favorite charity, St. Jude Children's Research.
