Daisy M. Metheney, 77, of Barberton, passed away February 28, 2005 at Akron City Hospital. She was born April 1, 1927 in West Virginia to the late Richard & Elvra Mae (Deal) White. Daisy loved bowling at Garden Lanes in many leagues and she enjoyed doing crafts. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Carl Metheney; 3 brothers and 3 sisters. She is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth (George) Webb of Akron; son, Daniel Metheney of Barberton; and granddaughter, Holly Webb; 3 brothers and 5 sisters. The family will received friends at the home of her daughter, Elizabeth Webb on Wednesday, March 2 after 1:00 p.m.
