Danny E. Ball
Danny E. Ball, 68, of Akron, passed away on May 9, 2006. Danny was born November 1, 1937 to the late Lindsey M. and Lelia M (Davis) Ball. He was also preceeded in death by brothers Lindsey and Bill. He is survived by his wife of 50 years Margaret; daughters Michele Ross, Theresa (Gene) Thompson, Barbara Kerns, son, Kenneth (Marlene) Ball; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. As well as one sister Claudine (Dale) Knowles. Danny served in the Air National Guard and retired from Caliber Mold in 2001. Family and friends may call on Thursday from 5-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd. Prayers at the funeral home on Friday at 10:45 a.m. followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Randolph. Interment at St. Joseph Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of VNS, 3358 Ridgewood Rd., Akron, OH 44333.
