David Aldon Hay, Jr., July 9, 1987 to March 18, 2010. With his easy smile and love-filled heart, this bright-eyed and talented young man's warmth will be remembered by all who knew him. He was an accomplished athlete and 2006 graduate of Southeast High School, where he was a member of the National Honor Society. David was also an award-winning mason, and rescuer of animals. He will be remembered, most importantly, for all the love he shared, his gentle voice and listening ear. David always had a smile for a stranger, a hand to lend, and his one-of-a-kind hug for family. His light will shine on through the love and memories of his family and friends. Preceded in death by grandfather James Hay. Survived by parents, David Sr. and Rhonda; grandparents, Mary and Larry Hylton, Narcie Stover; many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, special friend Shannon Linn, many other dear friends, his "babies", Diesel, Ruby Red, Deuce, and Frankie Jones. Calling hours will be Monday, 4-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where a funeral service will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. Interment at Restland Cemetery in Brimfield.
