David D. Buffington

David D. Buffington passed away on Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at his home, surrounded by family. He was born on July 20, 1941, the son of George and Jane {Peterman} Buffington.
David was preceded in death by his parents, brothers George Buffington, Don Gostlin and Bert Gostlin, granddaughter Nikki Mo, and mother-in-law Pearl Mackenzie.
He will be dearly missed by his wife of 43 years, Jackie; children Beth Ann (Dennis) Blankshine, David (Andrea) Buffington, Dennis (Sharon) Buffington, Dawn Michelle (Larry) Feciuch, Pamela Sue (Jeremy Rutter) Reed, Raymond Douglas Bennet, and Joey Reed; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
David worked at Stutler Leasing as a diesel mechanic for 55 years. He loved fishing, and was quite the funny man. David's best buddy was his dog, Peanut. His family will miss his surprise visits, where he'd ask, "You got a beer?" His parting words: "Frickess of the moss."
