David R. Dodd, 74, of Akron, passed away on June 5, 2024. Dave was born in Tampa, Florida on May 14, 1950 to the late Neil and Marian Dodd.
In his free time, Dave loved to travel. Throughout his life, he resided in a number of states, Texas and Massachusetts being among his favorites. Dave had visited 49 of the 50 states, all except Hawaii. He also loved to collect coins.
In addition to his parents, Dave was preceded in death by his infant sister, Ruth; niece, Angela Dodd; and nephew, Robert Dodd.
He will be dearly missed by his brothers, Phillip Dodd and Paul Dodd; nephew, Tim Dodd; and extended family and friends.
Per Dave's wishes, cremation will take place and his family will celebrate his life privately.
