David E. Ambrose

David Earl Ambrose, passed away on January 24, 2012. He was born on March 30, 1952 to the late James and Betty Ambrose. David worked over 30 years in the construction industry. He loved his family dearly especially the times spent around the family swimming pool. He enjoyed playing with his killer dog, "Bozo" and the families many cats.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Raymond E.; sister, Donna J. Fullen.
David is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Gretchen; son, Eric S.; grandchildren, Courtney, Tyler and April; brothers, James "Butch" (Sandy), Ricky (Florence), Jerry (Marsha), Earl; sisters, Ellen and Susie; many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may call on Thursday January 26 from 5-7 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. Immediately following the calling hours, a gathering of family and friends will be at Eagles Club, 89 E. Waterloo Rd., Akron.
